Steve Valerio – Senior Counsel – Litigation

Mr. Valerio focuses his practice on business and estate litigation. He is a member of the Pasadena Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the California Bar Association. Prior to joining Primuth, Driskell & Terzian, LLP, as a senior counsel in 2015, Mr. Valerio worked at international law firm Hunton & Williams LLP, handling a wide variety of elite trial matters for individuals and mid-sized to large businesses. Additionally, Mr. Valerio worked for the international law firm Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP based in Washington, D.C., handling complex matters including employment discrimination, wage and labor disputes, breach of contract, fraud, and unfair business practices.
Mr. Valerio earned his Juris Doctor from New York University, where he was editor of the Review of Law and Social Change. Additionally, Mr. Valerio represented clients in the Unemployment Action Center, where those represented had been denied unemployment insurance.
Mr. Valerio is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
