Nicholas Everett – Senior Counsel

Mr. Everett focuses his practice exclusively on estate planning, probate and trust, and estate-related litigation. He is a member of the Pasadena Bar Association (Probate section), the Los Angeles County Bar Association (Probate section), and the California Bar Association (Probate section). Prior to joining Primuth & Driskell, LLP, as a senior counsel in 2017, Mr. Everett worked at the international law firm of McDermott Will and Emery, and Anglin Flewelling Rasmussen Campbell & Trytten LLP (AFRCT), handling a wide variety of estate planning and probate matters.
Mr. Everett earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and earned a certificate in estate planning. After law school, Mr. Everett obtained an LLM in estate planning from the University of Miami’s Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning.
Mr. Everett is admitted to practice law in all California state courts.
In addition to his activities as an attorney, Nicholas coaches Special Olympics with his wife, Ali, and serves on the board for multiple nonprofit organizations, including as president of the Monrovia Providers Group, an organization serving the aging population of the San Gabriel foothills region.
