Leaving the downtown big firms and boutiques behind, Mr. Primuth opened his estate planning practice in Pasadena in 2006 to focus on estate planning, trust and probate matters for families and business owners. He is a California State Bar-certified specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law.
Mr. Primuth’s estate planning experience includes multinational families and business succession planning. He speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese with high proficiency. He handles complex trust and probate administrations involving estate and gift tax, asset allocation, accounting, creditor, property tax, income tax, and appraisal issues. With a strong litigation background, he manages a wide range of probate litigation including will contests, elder abuse claims, breach of trust claims, contested conservatorships, and property ownership disputes.
Mr. Primuth is a UCLA Law School alum. He has a passion for improving our local public schools and currently serves as an elected school board member for the South Pasadena Unified School District.
