Mr. Primuth opened his office in 2006 after more than 14 years in law practice in downtown Los Angeles law firms. His law practice is founded on his personal commitment to excel at client service.
Jonathan David Primuth:
Mr. Primuth earned his juris doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law in 1989, where he was a moot court honors winner and an extern for the Honorable William P. Gray in United States District Court. He worked at the international law firms of Latham & Watkins and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, handling a wide variety of civil litigation and transactional matters for large and medium sized businesses. In 1999, he joined the law firm of Bononi & Kouri (now Bononi & Associates) and later Albright Yee & Schmit, where he advised small businesses, nonprofit agencies and public agencies on employment, corporate, fiduciary and commercial law.
Mr. Primuth focuses his practice on estate planning and administration. He is a member of the Pasadena Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association (and its Trusts and Estates section), and the California Bar Association (and its Trusts and Estates section).
Mr. Primuth is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
